Program Description

Cornerstone Marketing (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients and prospective clients who have opted in to receive text messages from us. Messages include follow-up about your requested free audit, service updates, appointment reminders, and brief customer experience check-ins (such as a 1–5 rating request after service).

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Cornerstone Marketing by submitting the contact form at https://cornerstone-marketingmn.com/contact/ and checking the SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is entirely optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber of the mobile phone number provided, or that you have the authority of the subscriber to opt in on their behalf.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You can expect up to 4 messages per month. Actual frequency depends on the status of your engagement with Cornerstone Marketing.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Cornerstone Marketing does not charge for messages sent through this program, but your mobile carrier may charge for sending or receiving text messages based on your mobile service plan. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Privacy

Information you provide when opting in (including your mobile phone number) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used solely to deliver the SMS messages described above.

Changes to These Terms We may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent changes. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
