Welcome to Cornerstone Marketing. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, cornerstone-marketingmn.com, and any services we provide. By using our Site or services, you agree to these Terms.

Cornerstone Marketing is a digital marketing and local SEO agency based in Roseville, Minnesota, providing services to home service businesses in the Twin Cities metro area and beyond.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Use the Site to transmit harmful code, spam, or malicious content

3. Services and Engagement
Any services provided by Cornerstone Marketing (including SEO, Google Business Profile management, content creation, and related services) are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. These Terms cover general use of the Site and do not constitute a service agreement.
4. Free Audits and Consultations
Free audits and consultations are offered at our discretion and do not create a contractual obligation on either party. We may decline to provide audits or services to any prospective client at our sole discretion.
5. Pricing and Billing
Service pricing displayed on the Site is subject to change. Final pricing, scope, and payment terms are established in a signed service agreement. All services are month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation notice unless otherwise specified in writing.
6. No Guaranteed Results
SEO, digital marketing, and related services involve factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms and competitor activity. While we apply proven strategies and industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or business outcomes.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, logos, graphics, images, and code — is the property of Cornerstone Marketing or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.
8. Client Content
When you engage our services, you retain ownership of your business content (logos, photos, copy, etc.). You grant us a license to use that content as necessary to perform the services. You represent that you have the rights to any content you provide.
9. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
Our services may involve third-party platforms (Google, Meta, Yelp, directory sites, etc.). We are not responsible for the policies, availability, or actions of those platforms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cornerstone Marketing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for services in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Cornerstone Marketing harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms, your content, or your use of our services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ramsey County, Minnesota.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
